RedElk Outfitters (dba Strawberry Bay Marina, a USFS permittee) offers the
opportunity to experience perhaps the best trout fishing in Utah at world
famous Strawberry Reservoir, home of lunker cutthroat and rainbow trout,
Located at an altitude of 7,602 feet, Strawberry offers spectacular scenery
and opportunities for wildlife viewing as well as excellent fishing,
especially from May until ice-up in November. Excellent ice fishing
continues through the winter months.
RedElk Outfitters also offers excellent fishing opportunities at for trout,
smallmouth bass, walleye, white bass, catfish and tiger muskie at various
other lakes and reservoirs around Utah.

with over 40 years fishing experience and over 30 years fishing Strawberry.
Gary not only knows fish and fishing, but he has an unparalleled knowledge
of the ecosystem and of managing and preserving our natural resources. You
can hardly spend a day with Gary and not learn something new, not only
about fishing, but about the natural world around us..
Every aspect of your trip is planned with attention to your particular
needs or desires. We can provide transportation from your home or hotel,
you can follow in your car, or we can arrange a meeting place at the lake
or stream. As for meals, RedElk Outfitters can provide a shore lunch, a
sack lunch, or you are welcome to bring your own. A variety of soft drinks
are always provided.
