regarding RedElk Outfitters' Fishing services:
What do we mean by customized?
Consider that every aspect of your trip (when, where, transportation,

the client, the one who is out here to have fun, will have a memorable,
exciting, interesting, and enduring experience, and catch fish.

Gary will provide you with the latest information on “what’s hot and
where” so we can help you plan the best type of fishing trip to fit
into your busy schedule. RedElk Outfitters can can come up with a plan for
you during most any time of the year, provided you are willing to deal with
the unpredictability of the weather.
Where to go?
This is somewhat determined by when you want to go and what you want to
fish for, but Gary and RedElk Outfitters will help you come up with a
destination that will meed your needs and satisfy your fishing desires.
Gary specializes in precision trolling techniques for trout at such well
known impoundments as Strawberry, Schofield, Jordanelle, and Deer Creek
reservoirs. The truly discriminating angler may wish to try his hand at
catching trophy tiger muskie at Pineview Reservoir.
What species to fish for?
In addition fishing for several species of trout at the higher elevation
reservoirs, Gary spends a significant portion of his time in pursuit of
warm water species at the lower level impoundments. RedElk Outfitters can
take you fishing for smallmouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, white bass,
wiper, striped bass, channel catfish, and tiger muskie.
What about kids?
Go ahead and bring them! RedElk Outfitters offers special rates for
families.
How many people can I bring?
Generally, two or three people (in addition to the guide) works best for
the size of the boat. If you have a larger group, they can be accommodated,
but we request as much additional time as possible to prepare.
How do I get there?
Redelk Outfitters can make arrangements to pick you and your party up at
your home or hotel. If you prefer to drive and meet us at the lake, we can
provide detailed instructions.
What about food?
RedElk Outfitters can provide meals (including the traditional shore lunch
of freshly caught trout), we can provide a sack lunch, or you can provide
your own: it’s something we can work out to your satisfaction. Of course,
RedElk Outfitters always provides plenty of fresh cold water and a broad
assortment of soft drinks.

RedElk Outfitters has more tackle than many tackle stores and it is
provided for your use free of charge. Of course, it is perfectly all right
for you to bring your own if you desire. We want you to be happy with your
